At this time, we only sell our products in-person at our Thunder Bay storefront. However, if there is an item you have seen at our storefront which you are unable to pick up yourself, we may be able to arrange local (Thunder Bay Area) delivery or set it aside for in-store pickup. Contact Us for more information.

HUNTRESS carries a mix of items crafted in our Thunder Bay studio, items crafted by local makers, and items ordered in from our suppliers. Locally made products are labelled as such in-store on the display card and/or on the item’s tag.

At this time, we are unable to do special orders or take commissions.

We update the products in our shop on a very regular basis. Our handmade items will, of course, take longer to restock, and due to their one-of-a-kind nature, once they’re gone we may not be able to make another of the same colour/design.
As for items ordered in from our suppliers: we can’t always source popular items once they’ve sold out, but we try our best to satisfy demand. We suggest following us on Facebook and Instagram to get updates on new arrivals and returning favourites.

All HUNTRESS-Made items are eligible for complimentary repairs and/or tailoring when possible. Items which are not produced by us are not eligible for repairs or tailoring. However, in those cases we can provide advice or, if necessary, an exchange or refund.
Any repair is always best if caught immediately and tended to. Contact Us right away or bring the item in during store hours. Even if you don’t live near us, we can make some suggestions about what you can do to repair it yourself.
