  • Yes, we will happily deliver your order free of charge within Thunder Bay city limits. We currently make deliveries on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We will contact you by phone or email (your choice at checkout) once we have received your order, to confirm the most convenient delivery date/time for you.

  • All of our products are designed and manufactured in, and shipped from our Studio and Workshop in Thunder Bay, Ontario. We do not have third party products or drop-shipping.

  • No, sorry. We are currently quite busy with other projects and are unable to do special orders or take commissions at this time.

  • We are working on that right now! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates about future classes and all of the other fun things we have in the works!

  • We update the products in our shop on a very regular basis. We are always trying to make new things to add to HUNTRESS. If items seem to have gone, it is generally due to the fact that some of the things we produce we only make at certain times of the year. If an item sells out but was popular for us, you can be sure we will be bringing it back. It all takes time! We suggest following us on Facebook and Instagram to get updates as they happen.

  • First of all, take a deep breath. It’s only fabric. Second, please remember that old adage ‘A stitch in time saves 9’. Any repair is always best if caught immediately and tended to. If you’re lost as to what to do go ahead and send us an email at huntresscanada@outlook.com (with a photo if you can). If you don’t live near us, we can probably make some suggestions about what you can do to repair it. If you live in our area, we would be happy to take a look at the item for you and help in any way we can.

  • We have been consciously thinking about using our own resources and platforms to list other makers wares that jibe with our own aesthetic and product line. We know there are a lot of makers out there who would normally selling their wares at shows and events but who would not necessarily be willing or able for a multitude of reasons, to open their own Web Store or put them on-line. It takes a lot of time, effort, and capital to make these things happen; we get it. Not to mention photographing, delivering, and promoting themselves and their products.
